What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements for kitchen and bathroom projects, which may include home expansions and additions.
  • Design innovative and functional kitchen and bath spaces that exceed customer expectations.
  • Present design concepts and product recommendations to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and fixtures throughout the pre-selection and final selection processes.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Generate and pursue leads, actively seeking new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare precise project quotes and proposals, detailing project scope and pricing information.
  • Coordinate with our dedicated Kitchen & Bath Project Manager for seamless project completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and product advancements.

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in kitchen and bath design and/or sales is essential.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect, SketchUp, or 20/20 Design is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and knowledgeable about kitchen and bath products and trends.
