About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Level 2 to join our team at Paragon Construction Co. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and protecting our customers' homes, demo, framing, and finishing-related work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and protect customers' homes for construction projects
  • Perform demo, framing, and finishing-related work
  • Work on a variety of projects, including kitchen and bath remodels, exterior renovations, and more
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality results
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of on-the-job carpentry experience
  • Proficiency in using power tools
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
