Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and upgrade security measures to protect computer networks and information
  • Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure
  • Respond to computer security breaches and viruses
  • Perform vulnerability assessments using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool
  • Remediate vulnerability findings by implementing vendor patches
  • Review RMF documentation, including system categorization, Security Plan, Implementation Plan, Security Assessment Plan, System Level Continuous Monitoring (SLCM) Plan, and System POA&M
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CNSSI 4012-Senior Systems Managers/4013-System Administrators/4014-Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) /4015-Systems Certifiers/4016-Risk Analysts or equivalent experience
  • NDU CIO certificate-Chief Information Officer (CIO) or equivalent experience
  • Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) or equivalent experience
  • GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) or equivalent experience
Security Requirements:
  • Candidates must have U.S. Citizenship
  • Candidates must have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance (or higher)
