We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at John Hinderer Honda. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in the purchase or lease of vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Support: Use initiative and diligence in prospecting for new customers and achieving consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Product Knowledge: Earn manufacturer certifications and effectively demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Promote repeat and referral business by building customer relationships through outstanding service and consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • License/Certification: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a Sales License.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
