Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Role in Western Connecticut

Nuance Health Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our New Fairfield Primary Care Practice office. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. We offer a competitive salary range of $115-$150k, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, allowances for CMEs and dues, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- A minimum of a master's degree from an accredited program for nurse practitioners or a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (R.N.) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut, as well as certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
