As a leader in professional practice, educator, and mentor, you will significantly contribute to the management of operations, logistics, financial aspects, safety protocols, and risk management within the pharmacy department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily functions of clinical pharmacy staff
  • Enhance the competencies of clinical teams and advance clinical initiatives
  • Facilitate training in diverse areas including clinical guidelines, pharmacokinetics, and medication therapy assessments
  • Exhibit the capability to guide residents through their educational experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in pharmacy practice
  • Active Pharmacist registration in the state of California
  • Licensure:
  • Current Pharmacist license in California
  • Preferred:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role or completion of a pharmacy residency program
  • Membership in professional organizations such as ASHP, ASCP, or APHA
