About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Non-Profit organization in Columbus, OH to bring on dedicated Behavioral Health Counselors on a Direct Hire basis. As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will provide integrated behavioral healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of Substance Use Disorders, mental/emotional disorders, and developing treatment plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer support through group sessions, one-on-one counseling, and occasional case management.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services.

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in integrated behavioral healthcare services is preferred.

  • Licenses: Minimum licensure required: LPC or LSW. LPCC or LISW preferred. A valid driver's license is a must

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in personal computer use and related software (Electronic Records, Microsoft Word, Excel) along with office equipment (copier, fax, printer).

Pay Details: $48,438.00 to $67,896.00 per year
