Job Description

This Overnight Custodian role requires maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas within our facility. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, and gym areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Monitor and report any broken or missing equipment or amenities to the Club Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior custodial experience is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including third shift, is essential.
  • Must possess honesty, integrity, and strong work ethics.
  • Able to communicate effectively and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; must be at least 18 years old.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
  • Continuous standing, walking, and reaching during the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of heavy objects (over 80 pounds).
  • Working in potentially hazardous environments due to cleaning chemicals.
