Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform physicals for insurance companies, home blood draws, and corporate wellness screenings. As a Mobile Phlebotomist/Certified Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for traveling to specified locations to draw blood samples and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform physicals for insurance companies, home blood draws, and corporate wellness screenings
  • Travel to specified locations to draw blood samples
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures
Requirements
  • Be able to obtain vital signs
  • Have reliable transportation (with proof of insurance and valid driver's license)
  • Have a cell phone, valid email address, fax and/or scanner, computer
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Education Preferred: Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in phlebotomy
  • Medical terminology
  • The ability to take accurate vital signs
  • Record accurate medical history
  • EKG experience is preferred, but not required
Skills
  • Proficient in phlebotomy with at least 100 successful venipuncture in the last 1 year
  • Legible handwriting, and familiar with medical terminology
  • Knowledge and ability to prepare specimens for transport
  • Ability to perform an EKG, and familiar with HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Outgoing personality, ability to provide meticulous attention to detail, dependability, and willingness to learn
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with no supervision
