ROLE OVERVIEW
  • Efficiently manages incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
  • Warmly welcomes clients upon arrival.
  • Organizes and prepares patient documentation.
  • Handles client communications and updates financial records accurately.
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding basic animal care and routine procedures.
  • Facilitates patient admissions and ensures accurate medical record entries.
  • Generates client invoices for services rendered.
  • Processes payment transactions efficiently.
  • Accurately relays messages received via telephone, fax, and email.

QUALIFICATIONS
