Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to simulate and analyze product designs, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development
    • Perform 3D tolerance stack and finite element analysis (FEA) studies to evaluate product designs and manufacturing processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet system requirements and are manufacturable.
  • Simulation and Analysis
    • Develop and implement CAE models and simulations to analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Use CAE tools to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Manufacturing Process Optimization
    • Work with manufacturing teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
    • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product designs are manufacturable and meet system requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
    • 0-2 years of engineering experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency in CAE tools, including 3D FEA software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
