Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Repair Vehicle Issues: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and repair complex vehicle problems, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing clear and concise explanations of repairs and recommendations.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician, with a strong background in drivability and repair.
- Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
