We're seeking a skilled Healthcare Representative to join our team in Dublin, OH. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you'll consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits.
Our training classes not only prepare you for your role but also provide support for obtaining the required state insurance licenses. You'll work in a hybrid-remote* environment, enjoying the flexibility of working from home up to 3 business days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and convert callers to qualified leads and sales
- Follow up with members on questions or to review current or new products and services
- Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining active listening and engagement with members
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation is determined by ability to sell and deliver great customer experience
- Compensation = Base pay + monthly sales incentive
- Average annual earnings $50K - $65K through combination of base plus sales commissions
- Top performers can earn $80K (+)
- Sign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for external candidates
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical plan options, paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of customer service/sales experience
- Ability to obtain state insurance licenses within 30 days
- Flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work over-time and/or weekends as needed
