Compensation and Benefits

About the Job

This exciting opportunity requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate a wide range of clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments. As a Biomedical Equipment Specialist, you will work under the supervision of the Account Manager/Site Supervisor and other senior technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain clinical inventory devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex clinical devices
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs for technical, administrative, and customer service requirements
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair in a healthcare technology setting
  • An Associate's degree in electronic, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices
