Key Responsibilities:
  • Grasp the business vision and strategies, formulate an IT strategy aligned with business objectives, and outline a roadmap to realize the business vision.
  • Assess and implement build versus buy strategies, mentor team members, and maintain a comprehensive view of overarching business strategies.
  • Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends, develop proof-of-concept initiatives, and communicate findings to the engineering team.
  • Serve as the technical lead on solution deployment initiatives, including hands-on configuration of sophisticated components.
  • Translate business needs into specific systems, applications, or process designs within a cohesive integrated technical solutions architecture.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with established standards and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Work alongside internal and external teams on design, architecture, interface design reviews, process evaluations, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Continuously assess various aspects of the platform for potential security enhancements and improvements in observability.
  • Engage with developers and users of our platform to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and desired features for ongoing platform enhancement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies with continuous evaluation and validation of system design and architecture.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Next Best Action, real-time decision-making, customer journey mapping, and Martech domains.
  • Experience in integrating SaaS and on-premises software products using various integration technologies.
  • Preferred experience with Pega CDH architecture.
  • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time management, and organizational skills to effectively balance and prioritize tasks.
  • Business acumen to comprehend the needs of the organization and how technology facilitates the achievement of objectives.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Possess a solution-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Travel Requirements:
This role necessitates minimal travel for organizational or team meetings.

DIRECTV offers a competitive compensation structure designed to attract and retain top talent. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Low (N1): $127,965 - $191,995
Mid (N2): $134,700 - $202,100
High (N3): $148,170 - $222,310
Top (N4): $154,905 - $232,415

Total Compensation:
The salary ranges reflect base salary only and do not include bonuses or benefits, which contribute to a comprehensive total compensation package.
