Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics
  • Provide information to prospective customers, initiate new service, and properly set up customer accounts
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
  • Talk to, calm down, and diffuse customers
