Wound Care Specialist

At RestorixHealth, our mission is to restore health and improve the quality of life for patients with wounds. As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care based on scientific principles and evidence-based practice
- Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene appropriately
- Prioritize nursing actions to meet patient needs and desired outcomes
- Implement physician orders accurately and within appropriate time frames
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on wound care processes and issues
- Associate degree in nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Valid Registered Nursing license required
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
- Prior experience working with wound care patients (training provided)
- Prior experience with billing and coding preferred
- Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends
