Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading a variety of group fitness classes, including strength training, cardio, and yoga. You will work closely with our members to provide a safe and engaging workout experience, while promoting our Life Time programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.

  • Provide personalized attention and guidance to members, ensuring they receive a safe and effective workout experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your classes.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our group fitness classes and programs.

  • Contribute to the development of new group fitness classes and programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1+ years of experience as a fitness instructor or group exercise leader.

  • CPR/AED certification required.

  • Group Exercise Certification from a recognized organization (e.g. ACE, NASM, AFAA).

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform exercises specific to assigned classes.
