Truck Service Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Service Manager to join our team at TravelCenters of America. As a Truck Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our truck service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Oversee marketing and operations functions to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in the truck service industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
