Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietician to join our team at Sentara Home Care Services in Chesapeake, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have experience with writing TPNS and hospital and/or home infusion experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient's medical nutrition therapy in accordance with the medical staff approved clinical practice standards. They will also serve as a resource for nutrition education and provide support to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient's medical nutrition therapy
  • Provide nutrition education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure adherence to clinical practice standards

Requirements:

  • RDN or RD certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
