Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to determine patients and families level of functioning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with the treatment team
  • Participate in the assessment of patients and provide recommendations for treatment
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare-related counseling or social work
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
