We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Chocolat Bar in Boise. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest flow, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.

• Customer Service: Provide proactive and friendly customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Guest Flow Management: Manage guest flow in the front-of-house area during busy times, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Product Knowledge: Be enthusiastically knowledgeable about our products, including our chocolates and other offerings.
• Team Management: Assist in managing the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and communication.
• Merchandising and Display: Ensure display cases and racks are properly stocked and merchandised, creating an attractive and inviting environment.
• Special Events: Assist with planning, managing, and executing special events, such as tastings and promotions.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Retail Merchandising Experience: Have experience in retail merchandising, including display and visual merchandising.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient in using computer-based POS systems and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
