Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand representative reflective of the company values, embodying the Urban Outfitters spirit and aesthetic.
  • Customer Interaction: Initiate conversation, share advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in a personalized way, building strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online, delivering a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience through the effective use of tools such as MPOS, POS, and In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Contribute to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others, collaborating with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team.
  • Visual and Business Operations: Maintain Urban Outfitters' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, supporting the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including what's new and what's already on the floor, and contributing to the completion of omnichannel order fulfillment processes.
  • Adherence to Company Policy: Adhere to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and uphold all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.

Requirements:

  • Passion for UO Brand: A genuine passion for the Urban Outfitters brand and its aesthetic.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and supporting the needs of others.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
