Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our team at SERVPRO of Yavapai County. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for a motivated individual who can oversee and manage construction projects with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, and manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor construction staff, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
