Catheterization Laboratory Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse to join our team at TotalMed.


As a Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse, you will assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, preparing patients and operating equipment. You will also assist physicians during procedures, administering medications and monitoring vital signs.


Maintaining a sterile field and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols are critical aspects of this role. You will also monitor patients' post-procedure recovery, assess for complications, and provide post-procedure education and support.


Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure safe and effective patient care in the catheterization laboratory.


Requirements:



  • Current RN license
  • BLS (Other certifications as required by facility)
  • 2 years of recent Catheterization Laboratory experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
