About the Role
As a Nursing Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing patient care. You will also be involved in administrative duties such as budgeting and resource allocation. Our unit offers three levels of care: Floor, Telemetry, and Intermediate Medical Care (IMC). You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of surgical patients and lead different initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BSN or MSN degree from an accredited nursing program, an active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact State Registered Nursing license, and CPR/BLS certification. You should also have experience as a registered nurse with clinical leadership experience.
