Responsibilities

The Senior Process Engineer will oversee projects and personnel within Page's Industrial sector, focusing on:

  • Process systems
  • Process-mechanical systems
  • Bulk gas delivery and ultra-high purity (UHP) systems
  • Industrial waste management and treatment
  • Ultrapure water (UPW) systems

This role encompasses all project phases, including programming, schematic design, development of construction documents, construction administration, and project closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and mentoring engineering talent
  • Supporting project teams in technical growth
  • Assisting in the formulation of business strategies for sustainable growth
  • Managing the Process Engineering team
  • Driving expansion in the Industrial market, particularly in the western U.S. and internationally
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international projects
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience with process, waste, and ultrapure water systems in semiconductor or advanced technology sectors
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the U.S. is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Pipe-Flo, Caesar or Autopipe, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction
