Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at Commercial Employees. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting our production and shipment schedules by stocking, maintaining accurate counts, pulling and delivering parts and finished goods.

• Inventory Management: Stocks supplies, maintains accurate counts, pulls and delivers parts and finished goods to support production and shipment schedules.
• Equipment Operation: Operates overhead crane as needed.
• Order Fulfillment: Understands and uses work orders, sales orders and storeroom procedures.
• Physical Inventory: Participates in preparation and performance of physical inventories of all parts.
• Data Entry: Performs data entry functions using ERP system including but not limited to picking parts, labor, posting and material received.
• Receiving and Shipping: Unloads and receives all deliveries, verifies condition and places in appropriate area, as well as completes related paperwork, records miscellaneous deliveries.
• Packaging and Shipping: Prepares and packs products for shipment using appropriate materials.

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Experience: Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Certifications: Capability to obtain forklift certification to drive a forklift, including RAYMOND upright.
• Availability: Overtime is required as needed.

• Competitive Compensation: Competitive wage range with pay increases every 3 months.
• Shift Options: 1st shift (6a–2:30p) starts at $17.30 / hour, 2nd shift (2p–10:30p) starts at $18.30 / hour, 3rd shift (10p–6:30a) starts at $18.80 / hour.
