Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, label, and package finished goods for shipment, adhering to customer specifications and quality requirements.
  • Inspect the general appearance of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that necessary packaging materials are readily available.
  • Prepare cores for machine operators and communicate effectively with shift and department personnel to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track multiple orders being packed simultaneously and perform duties to continuously improve quality and productivity.
  • Participate in group problem-solving teams and continuous improvement activities to drive process excellence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
  • Strong service and quality focus, with the ability to address issues effectively and take initiative to understand root causes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator's license and lift up to 50 pounds.
