- Prepare cores for machine operators and communicate effectively with shift and department personnel to ensure seamless operations.
- Track multiple orders being packed simultaneously and perform duties to continuously improve quality and productivity.
- Participate in group problem-solving teams and continuous improvement activities to drive process excellence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
- Strong service and quality focus, with the ability to address issues effectively and take initiative to understand root causes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator's license and lift up to 50 pounds.
Avery Dennison offers a competitive starting rate of $21.58/hour, plus a $2/hour shift differential. We also provide a range of benefits, including health and wellness programs, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
