  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by implementing visual merchandising strategies and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including performing daily tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and restocking shelves.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Store Manager, sales associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, and running, and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
