Position Overview

*Compensation range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually*

  • Architect and execute intricate IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Work closely with sales teams to comprehend client requirements and devise technical solutions that address those needs.
  • Support the pre-sales initiative by providing technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Deliver technical assistance and troubleshooting support for AMAX's products and services.
  • Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Engage with clients to identify their technical challenges and offer prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to implemented systems and service activities, including troubleshooting manuals and knowledge base entries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve intricate technical challenges.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry developments to ensure AMAX remains competitive in the sector.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with x86 server hardware.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Background in technical support or field service roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
