Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned and in accordance with their care plan.
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or equivalent certification in the applicable state.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and other staff members.
- Competitive hourly rate, up to $25.00 per hour.
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.
