Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned and in accordance with their care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or equivalent certification in the applicable state.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team and other staff members.
