We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
