Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Statistical Programming Analyst III to join our team at CGS Administrators. As a key member of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for developing complex statistical analysis using standard reporting, AD HOC reporting, and data mining tools to identify patterns and trends. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute complex database programs for extracting and presenting data for standard and ad hoc reporting.
  • Create supporting documentation outlining all procedures within the scope of responsibility.
  • Develop complex sampling design and/or execution methodology for sample selection.
  • Develop complex statistical analysis using standard reporting, ad hoc reporting, and data mining tools. Provide sophisticated data interpretation, compilation, and verification to guide departmental efforts.
  • Prepare charts, illustrations, and other graphics and narrative reports to identify and explain patterns and trends.
  • Participate in writing articles suitable for internal/external publication to support departmental efforts.
  • Assist in developing project plans and system life cycle maintenance, performing quality checks on relational database tables, and creating focused end-user applications.
  • With leadership responsibilities assigned by management, participate in developing change requests and testing plans for existing relational database table changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
  • 4 years of statistical programming or statistical interpretation.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use complex mathematical calculations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of mathematical or statistical concepts.
  • Relevant computer programming skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of experience with statistical practices.
  • Five (5) years of statistical software and relational database experience.
  • Power BI certification is a plus.
  • Agile competency experience.
