Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient information accurately and timely.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of a vocational nursing program.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Phlebotomy/IV Certification required within 6 months of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Community health/hospice/palliative care or medical/surgical experience.
