We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Kansas City, MO.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work with our experienced and dedicated team of professionals who share a passion for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to assess students' needs and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, either individually or in small groups.

  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support students' communication development.

  • Document progress and make data-driven decisions to modify therapy plans as needed.

  • Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

  • Missouri State SLP License (active or eligible for activation).

  • Experience working with school-aged children with a variety of communication disorders, with a strong clinical focus on assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
