Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to join our team at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location. As a CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for performing dimensional inspections on components and final assemblies, analyzing features to GD&T requirements, and ensuring compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dimensional Inspection: Perform CMM inspections on components and final assemblies, analyzing features to GD&T requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Comply with internal quality system, business policies, and regulatory requirements, and support business goals and objectives.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and understand blueprints, travelers/routers, and work instructions, including GD&T data on machine prints.
  • CAD Model Analysis: Work with CAD models to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate inspection reports and FAI reports.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with minimal supervision to support manufacturing needs and interact with diverse work groups.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Progressive experience related to precision manufacturing and inspection.
  • Social Skills: Ability to interact with people on the floor, good social skills, and ability to work with diverse work groups.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
