Plumbing Services Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist to provide plumbing services for commercial projects in Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings according to local codes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of plumbing projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine the layout and installation requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure their proper functionality and prevent potential problems.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked, and submit required documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist with a strong background in commercial plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid certifications in Fall Protection, Trenching Excavation, and Scissor Lift operations (preferred but not required).

Perks:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $23-$32 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Per diem of $100 per day worked.
  • Approximate hours working: 40-65 per week.
