Territory Manager

At Dan and Jerry's Greenhouse, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing stores in Iowa and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a team of Garden Center Merchandisers and Regional Garden Center Merchandisers.
• Provide in-person training and support to staff and store employees.
• Monitor and report on territory performance, including credit card expenses and staff performance.
• Ensure proper merchandising and maintenance of plant material at each location.
• Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in garden center management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
