Tesla is on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist committed to enhancing one of the most forward-thinking automotive brands worldwide. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support by swiftly addressing questions and issues, taking responsibility for service appointments, and creating a friendly atmosphere for our clients.
  • Evaluate technical problems, providing solutions over the phone when feasible and escalating to the Service Manager when necessary.
  • Meticulously record customer issues and information into the Dealer Management System, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
  • Process transactions, assist customers with corrections, and summarize the repair services performed.
  • Keep clients updated on completion timelines, offer regular progress reports, and ensure comprehensive follow-up on the vehicle's condition.
  • Effectively organize vehicle information prior to delivery and coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules with clients; follow up to confirm their satisfaction with the services rendered.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of vehicle upkeep and repair techniques, including familiarity with tools, materials, and methodologies.
  • Capability to adhere to verbal and written instructions with great attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office.
  • Enthusiastic willingness to learn about emerging automotive technologies.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet essential business deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
