Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Intellyk Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing general hand and table work, including loading and taking off and packing of finishing machines, and operating small finishing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate small finishing machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Perform hand stripping and general table work to ensure efficient production.
  • Train new employees on all aspects of the job to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Operate printing computers for carton labels to maintain accurate labeling.
  • Read and follow SOPs for the job to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote productivity and safety.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Perform minor maintenance on small machines to prevent downtime.
  • Read and follow directions on job tickets to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
  • Count products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Distinguish colors to ensure accuracy in quality control.
  • Work on machine-driven processes, such as card wrappers and pixie strippers.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Interact with automated machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos to stay informed.
  • Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Count and measure products to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Maintain good attendance and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Pass color vision and hue tests to ensure accurate color recognition.

  • Ability to adjust focus – adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is typically loud, with machinery, fork lifts, and air compressors present.
