OVERVIEW: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  • SERVICE
    • Foster a collaborative selling environment that provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
    • Exhibit strong product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
    • Contribute to achieving store objectives across various segments.
    • Enhance customer loyalty through teamwork in selling initiatives.
    • Assist in executing promotional events.
    • Maintain a presence on the sales floor and in fitting rooms at all times.
    • Stay informed about ongoing sales promotions.
    • Manage multiple customer interactions and tasks efficiently.
  • EXECUTION
    • Collaborate with store leadership to implement visual merchandising standards.
    • Restock the sales floor as necessary.
    • Complete store maintenance tasks to ensure a neat and organized environment.
    • Play a role in loss prevention and safety initiatives.
  • TALENT
    • Take ownership of your training and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in specialty retail.
  • High school diploma is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Capability to reach, push, pull, stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to utilize common tools.
  • Proficient in operating computerized register systems.
  • Must meet banking requirements and respond to store alarm situations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable climbing an 8-foot ladder.
