- Perform clinical responsibilities effectively, achieving optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond to treatment plans, initiating discussions with medical team members when necessary.
- Demonstrate appropriate use of treatment modalities, adhering to ethical and legal practice standards.
- Maintain accurate records, documenting therapy care and patient progress.
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in outpatient settings, preferably in orthopedics, neurology, aquatics, or geriatrics.
- BLS certification and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
