Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist, considering age-specific patient care.
  • Perform clinical responsibilities effectively, achieving optimal patient outcomes.
  • Respond to treatment plans, initiating discussions with medical team members when necessary.
  • Demonstrate appropriate use of treatment modalities, adhering to ethical and legal practice standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting therapy care and patient progress.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience in outpatient settings, preferably in orthopedics, neurology, aquatics, or geriatrics.
  • BLS certification and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
