Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Attorney with various tasks, including research, document preparation, and court appearances.

Schedule and Compensation

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday and will receive an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Key Duties

  • Research and Document Preparation: Conduct in-depth research, using various sources to gather information. Prepare detailed documents, summaries, and presentations as required.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Attorney, including reviewing and organizing files, numbering and indexing documents, and performing computer-assisted research.
  • Court Hearings: Attend court hearings or appearances to gather information on case status and administrative procedures. Assist in the presentation of visual aids and charts as needed.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
