Job Overview

Rosecrance Inc., a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking an experienced Crisis Stabilization Specialist to join our team. This role involves assessing and establishing the appropriate level of transitional care for clients entering our services after a crisis.

About the Role

In this position, you will manage caseloads within Crisis Stabilization to ensure that clients receive the recommended care. You will work closely with the crisis supervisor and other stakeholders to identify client needs and coordinate effective linkages to ongoing care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and establish the appropriate level of transitional care for clients
  • Manage caseloads within Crisis Stabilization to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Collaborate with the crisis supervisor and other stakeholders to identify client needs
  • Coordinate effective linkages to ongoing care

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Qualify as a QMHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis response and team leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
