Job Summary

United Legwear and Apparel Co. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Chestnut Hill location. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the Ted Baker brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge, sales techniques, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Ted Baker's products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the location.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
Working Conditions

This is an onsite retail position at our Ted Baker, Huntington - Bloomingdale's location. This role will be performed in a fast-paced, customer-facing, and bustling environment with varying noise levels.
