Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all facets of construction project management, from initial planning and design to scheduling and execution.
2. Formulate and lead the project strategy, ensuring clear definition of the scope of work in line with contractual obligations.
3. Continuously monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
4. Oversee project budget management, tracking costs to ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, offering valuable insights on design and blueprints.
6. Address any environmental or community-related issues that may arise during project execution.
7. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and regulations.
9. Resolve unforeseen issues, such as adverse weather conditions or emergencies, effectively.
10. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to ensure project alignment with expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in commercial projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
3. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction management processes and methodologies.
5. Familiarity with building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards.
6. Proficient in managing project finances and budgets effectively.
7. Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
8. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
9. Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on conflict resolution.
10. Proficiency in construction management software is advantageous.
11. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
