About the Job

We are looking for an energetic and motivated clinical leadership professional to join our Outpatient Services team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for directly supervising a team of clinicians, ensuring the effectiveness of their services by providing clinical supervision following all regulatory guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that staff are supervised in accordance with agency policies and procedures as well as those of regulatory entities
  2. Work in conjunction with the Outpatient Administrative Supervisor to ensure program benchmarks are reached and quality clinical services are administered
  3. Complete and document clinical record reviews and outcomes as required to achieve excellence in performance and assure compliance
  4. Maintain a caseload, which will fluctuate depending on program size

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred, but not required
  • One year full-time postgraduate experience in mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults
