We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team at OpalSoft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Review: Conduct daily reviews of customers and orders to ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Customer Review: Review new customers and place them on hold if necessary, and conduct investigative research to determine if they are involved in activities of concern.
  • Audit: Assist in identifying processes to audit and develop a plan to execute and document audit results.
  • Metrics: Pull data from various sources monthly to develop and improve metrics to share with management.
  • Flow Diagrams: Investigate and document various processes between systems or within the department.

Requirements:

  • Experience with E2Open (Amber Alert) and compliance reviews with customer due diligence.
  • Ability to review government lists and determine if a hold is an actual match.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
