We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician with substantial experience to join our team.
Position Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems and related equipment as assigned. You will oversee the daily coordination of specific projects or agreements to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical and dental insurance, paid holidays, and vacation time. Additional perks include hands-on training, both online and in-person, a company vehicle, uniforms, and an annual tool allowance.
Salary Range: $45.00/hour, based on experience.
Work Hours: Generally, Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5/5:30 pm, with participation in the on-call schedule rotation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC service
- EPA Universal certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with a variety of equipment and troubleshooting methods
- Experience in making repair and replacement decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams
- Valid driver's license with insurability
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
